Hello Queens and thank you so much for visiting our website. It is our desire and number one goal to “Create a custom crown with a QUEEN in mind” and deliver impeccable customer service. In order to do so, it is imperative that we explain our services and do our best to answer any questions you have before purchasing. At the moment, The Stitch Queen offers:

  4. Wig Revitalization Services

  5. Wig Customization Services

  6. Wash and Style Services

How to order:

  1. Select and pay for the service of your choice

  2. Mail your bundles and closure or wig to: The Stitch Queen PO Box 502 Estill, SC 29918

  3. Email your tracking number to: info@thestitchqueen.com

  4. TSQ will confirm your package, complete the service, and send tracking number to customer.

***Clients can mail in hair extensions and closure (new or used) HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE, all extensions and closures must be free from all glue, debris, sweat, etc. and all closures must free from any punctures, rips, holes, or damage that would affect the overall integrity and longevity of the wig.

Refunds and Exchanges:

***Please note that due to the nature of services, a refund is not available. All wig units are custom, so each unit is based on the customer’s exact measurements. Measurements are extremely important to ensure the fit is accurate. It is imperative that the explanation of services is read and understood, in order to understand our terms of service. If there are any unanswered questions, please do not hesitate to email customer service at any time (info@thestitchqueen.com). Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

 

“By placing your order and submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read the Explanation of Service tab in its entirety, you agree to all terms of The Stitch Queen, LLC, and that you have agree to all terms provided on the website.”

 Turnaround Times & Shipping

All services are completed within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day after the package is received and confirmed with the client. During sales, all services are completed within an extended window of 11-20 business days. This is to ensure the quality level is maintained with every customer and every order. 

***Please note that The Stitch Queen is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages due to the weather, or mishandling of the shipping courier (upon arrival to TSQ or returning from TSQ). All orders from TSQ are mailed through USPS. If you will not be home on the anticipated arrival date of your package, please contact your local USPS to have them hold your package.

Recommendations 

To ensure the accuracy of custom measurements, it is important that the client have their hair braided down flatly and neatly (as they would while wearing their custom unit) before taking their measurements. Please be prepared to provide the measurement of your head’s:

  1. Circumference (completely around the head).

  2. Front to nape (starting at the front of your edges and ending at the bottom of the nape area).

  3. Ear to Ear (across the head from one ear to the other).

  4. Ear to Ear (over the top of the head).

  5. Temple to temple (measuring from one temple to the other temple around the back of the head).

  6. Nape (the back of head, measuring from one side of the nape area to the other side of the nape area).
